So I Married A Werewolf by Kristen Miller

Special $0.99 Introductory Price!
Carter Griffin, enforcing officer for the Seattle Wolf Pack, has been offered the promotion of his dreams…if he can find a wife to prove he’s over his playboy ways. But Carter’s already been there, done that. Faith Hamilton needs money to put her younger brother through college. Okay, and she totally wants Carter, her sexy next-door neighbor, to look at her as more than a friend. It’s too bad size 12 and plain isn’t his type. At all. When the two friends strike a deal to help one another out, will it spark a love neither anticipated?

My Review!

I did it again, starting by reading a book in the middle of a series, without reading the first ones. LOL But that’s ok, because it was a fun little read.

Faith has some insecurities, and it doesn’t help that she’s fallen for her neighbor who doesn’t even notice her. Carter, her neighbor is like her best friend, or that’s how he sees her anyways. I liked Faith a lot. She’s fun and feisty and can hold her own. And she has doggies she trains and she blogs, so we could be buddies 🙂 She’s just trying to make ends meet and get enough money to help her brother get into college. And then Carter makes her a deal.

Carter is kind of a mess. I’m still on the fence about him, as he was quite a mess throughout most of the book. And when they have to pretend and have a fake marriage to make things work and he just doesn’t get why he’s so attracted to someone who’s so simple. and I kinda want to punch him for that. lol Plus he figures he needs the illusion of a marriage and she needs the money. He has the money, she has the hots for him to use. And so it starts, while Nate and Carter are competing for a detective spot. And that’s all that’s in Carter’s mind at first. And yes, he’s an ass, a lot, but he’s had to work hard to finally catch on that he actually likes Faith, and not in the fake marriage way. I guess you’ll just have to read to find out about them 🙂 4 WOLFY PAWS!!
